Today I witnessed a creative miracle. I literally saw arms growing out of the body. It happened with the right arm and then the left arm. When the two hands were extended and aligned together, bravo, both hands were perfectly aligned.
This is the recorded creative miracle of a tennis elbow sufferer who had the ailment for 8 months. Despite physiotherapy and a recent epicondyle injection, the pain remained. Since both hands were affected, the muscles gradually began to weaken and everyday tasks became increasingly difficult.
When you have done all you can do that is humanly possible, yet you are still suffering with chronic pain, what do you do? Do you give up? Do you search some more? Where else do you search? As is very often the case, people turn to God as a last resort. The question is… ‘why last’? After all, God created us in the first place and he knows every fibre, muscle, tissue, bone and fluid in our body. Psalm 139:13 (GWT) reads, “You alone created my inner being. You knitted me together inside my mother.” Shouldn’t our logical response be to go to God first?
When we ponder on the larger perspective, our understanding and vision is widened. Isaiah 44:24 (CSV) says, “This is what the LORD, your Redeemer who formed you from the womb, says: I am the LORD, who made everything; who stretched out the heavens by myself; who alone spread out the earth.” Coming down to earth, who was the one who worked diverse miracles for mankind? It was the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God who manifested God’s divine power and creative miracles. Matthew 9:35 (NLT) say, “Jesus travelled through all the towns and villages of that area, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness.”
Do you need a creative miracle? Put your faith in the Creator of heaven and earth and believe in His supernatural power to supercharge your whole being.◊
